Offseason program includes
- Physical evaluation to determine individual strengths and opportunities for max improvement.
- Speed and strength sessions five days a week. Each session will include equal amount of time in the weight room and on the training turf so to ensure sport-specific skills are enhanced.
- Maintenance work such as ankle mobility and corrective work.
- We push our athletes body both physically and mentally to its limit while working SMART and not over training, in order to make everything you do in OTA’s or Rookie mini camp become EASY an.
