Ultimate Stomping Ground Boot Camp class will include circuit training and strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. We have the best cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises; you can burn 400 – 700 calories in a combination of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and physical condition competition. Expect a great full body workout on a timeframe that fits even the busiest schedule. And also are packed with lots of diversity and tons of fun. This class is offered 6 days a week Monday Through Saturday.
